I am on the New Flavourist Editorial sub-committee and contribute to Council matters wherever I can be of value.
For the last 40 plus years I have been involved in the study and use of Essential oils as flavouring ingredients. There is always more to learn.
You can usually find me teaching on the Reading University BSF Flavour Training Course on the section covering natural flavouring materials.
